Terms of Service

Last updated: October 13, 2026

1. Acceptance and Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you access or use aipricesearch.com and its shopping tools (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply only to APS; a retailer's own terms govern any purchase or other transaction you make with that retailer.

2. Description of the Service

AI Price Search ("APS," "we," "our," or "us") provides AI-assisted product discovery and price comparisons. Current features may include text, image, and retailer-URL searches; delivered-price comparisons; local-pickup information; dropship detection; browser-based shopping lists and shared-list links; Free Deals; shopping articles; and optional browser notifications. Ordinary shopping can be used without creating an account. Features may vary by location, device, retailer, or data-provider availability.

3. Prices, Verification, and Best Price

APS compares offers using available evidence about product identity, brand and model, condition, quantity, selected variant, availability, item price, shipping, estimated taxes, retailer destination, and other verification criteria. When APS identifies a Best Price, it is the lowest qualifying delivered price among the offers APS found and could verify under the criteria in effect for that search. It is not a guarantee that APS found every offer on the internet.

APS keeps alternatives, unverified offers, and unknown-shipping offers separate from a verified exact-match Best Price. Renewed, used, refurbished, open-box, different-capacity, or other variant offers should not be treated as new exact matches unless they independently satisfy the shopper's request and APS verification rules.

Retailer information can change without notice. Prices, coupons, stock, shipping charges, delivery dates, taxes, product variants, and eligibility may differ at checkout. Estimated taxes are informational and may not equal the retailer's final calculation. APS applies freshness controls to information advertised as current, but you should confirm the product, seller, condition, variant, total price, delivery terms, and return policy on the retailer's site before purchasing. The retailer's checkout is authoritative.

4. Retailers and Transactions

APS is a comparison and discovery service, not the seller of products offered by third-party retailers or marketplaces. APS does not take payment for those products, hold inventory, fulfill orders, or control retailer listings. The retailer or marketplace is responsible for orders, payments, taxes charged at checkout, fulfillment, delivery, cancellations, returns, refunds, warranties, product safety, and customer service. Questions or disputes about a purchase must be addressed with the retailer or payment provider involved.

5. Affiliate Relationships and Ranking Independence

AI Price Search may earn affiliate commissions when users purchase products through qualifying retailer links. Affiliate commissions do not determine which retailer receives Best Price placement. APS is designed to surface the lowest qualifying delivered price based on product identity, condition, availability, shipping costs, applicable estimated taxes, and verification criteria.

Retailers do not receive preferential Best Price placement because they participate in affiliate programs or pay higher commissions. Our goal is to identify the best qualifying price for shoppers, regardless of whether APS earns a commission.

Affiliate relationships may affect whether a link contains tracking, but they do not change the price-comparison rules applied to an eligible offer. Some retailer or provider integrations may be unavailable at a given time, so APS cannot promise complete market coverage.

6. AI-Generated and Automated Information

APS uses automated systems and AI-assisted analysis to interpret searches, classify products, compare listings, summarize results, inspect images or URLs, and support other features. Automated information can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. It is provided for shopping research and is not professional, financial, legal, safety, or technical advice. Verify important specifications, compatibility, authenticity, safety information, and transaction details with the retailer or manufacturer before acting.

7. Free Deals, Price Alerts, and Browser Notifications

Free Deals are time-sensitive third-party offers. A deal may expire, become unavailable, require retailer eligibility, or vary by location before APS removes or refreshes it. Confirm that the retailer still shows the item as free and review any delivery, subscription, account, or redemption conditions before claiming it.

If your browser supports notifications, you may choose to receive alerts about genuinely new qualifying Free Deals or create an account-free seven-day product price alert. A price alert checks the saved exact-product and location requirements at most once in a rolling 24-hour period and notifies only when APS verifies a qualifying tax-inclusive delivered total at or below the target. Price alerts expire after seven days or seven checks, and APS does not guarantee that a matching offer will be found. Permission is requested only after you select the notification control. Notification delivery is handled partly by your browser and its push provider, so APS cannot guarantee that every notification will arrive or arrive on time.

You can stop Free Deals notifications using the "Turn off notifications" control, cancel individual price alerts from the Track price panel, or block APS through your browser's site-permission settings. Clearing site data may remove the private browser controls needed to manage an alert. Changing browsers or devices, private-browsing restrictions, an expired subscription, or revoked permission may interrupt notifications.

8. Optional Accounts and User Content

An account is optional for ordinary shopping. If you use an account feature, you are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account. Do not share access in a way that compromises the Service or another person's information.

Shopping lists are normally stored in your browser and may be lost if you clear site data or lose access to that device. If you intentionally create a shared link, the link may allow anyone who receives it to view or import the shared information. Review a list before sharing it and protect links you do not want distributed.

You may submit searches, retailer URLs, images, list content, and communications to use supported features. You keep any rights you have in that content and give APS permission to process it only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the requested feature, subject to the Privacy Policy. Do not submit content you do not have permission to use, unlawful content, malicious files, or another person's sensitive information without authorization.

Available account and data controls are described in the Privacy Policy. Signing out does not delete an account, and APS does not promise a self-service deletion feature unless one is expressly available and confirms completion.

9. Acceptable Use

You may use APS for ordinary personal shopping and through legitimate published APS interfaces. You may not:

  • Use the Service for fraud, unlawful activity, or to mislead or harm another person.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, administrative tools, data, credentials, systems, or nonpublic interfaces.
  • Upload malware, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, bypass security or rate limits, or interfere with the Service or its providers.
  • Send automated or excessive traffic that unreasonably burdens APS, circumvents published limits, or triggers provider costs outside normal use.
  • Scrape, copy, or republish protected content in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with APS, a retailer, or another service.

APS may limit or suspend abusive access when reasonably necessary to protect shoppers, the Service, or its providers. This section does not prohibit normal browsing, personal comparison shopping, or legitimate use of published APS tools.

10. Intellectual Property

APS's original site design, branding, software, text, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Retailer names, trademarks, product images, product descriptions, reviews, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners or licensors. Their appearance on APS does not transfer ownership to APS or imply endorsement. You may link to APS and use the Service for its intended purpose, but you may not falsely claim APS content or branding as your own.

11. Availability and Changes

APS may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, retailer integrations, data sources, notifications, or other parts of the Service. Outages, maintenance, browser limitations, provider failures, or changes by third parties may affect availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular retailer's inclusion, a minimum number of results, or permanent availability of any feature.

12. Disclaimers and Limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." APS does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, authenticity, safety, or legality of third-party offers, products, retailers, or information. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, APS is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on incorrect or outdated retailer information, third-party websites, retailer transactions, unavailable products, delivery failures, or unauthorized use outside APS's reasonable control. APS remains responsible where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited. These Terms do not waive any non-waivable consumer right or remedy.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information APS handles, why it is used, how long it may be retained, and the choices available to you. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference for those subjects.

14. Updates and Contact

We may update these Terms when the Service, our practices, or legal requirements change. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. If a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, APS will provide it as required.

Questions about these Terms may be sent to dealsforrreal@gmail.com.
